Welcome My fellow audiences, today, let's talk about learning. Come and let reason together. What is the role of learning in your life, to what extent it has influenced your living? Have you passed through it or does it really passed through your life? Sure, by reading this, it is an indication of passing through it. If so, to what length has it contributed you to human society and how long did you go to make it contribute to your society?
Learning is the ability to acquire knowledge. It is an attempt of taking a step to know how to do something. Learning is achieved through educational activity, empiricism (practical experiences), or through observation from you or people around you. To educationist there is paradigm of learning but the scope of this article is limited to it.
Have you imagined what transforms the world of olden days, paleolithic era where people live in the cave to a world where a big mansion has become mode of civilization in which all countries of the world are in the race to meet up certain standard? Have you once observed that world where people eat raw farm product without underwent processing stage become a world where different sausage have been staged out different dimension? You eat Pizza, chocolate, cake and the likes.
Do you know the today mechanization farming found its root where human suddenly observed that the drop of seed they once ate re-germinates again and brings out new crops entirely? In the olden days there is no tools to cultivate let alone they should arm themselves against external force either from human like or animal that poses threat. Now we are in global village where technology used by a country can be easily transferred, learned, or imitated by others. Do you give it consideration that WMD, biological weapon, nuclear weapon and chemical weapon which take the revolution recently which today's world power used either for defensive or offensive purpose founds its history from iron or steal product called sword?
Now the history of knowledge developed from in-class learning to "learning on the go". A source of information that its acquaintance costs a lot of sacrifice of years, energy, money become what you access anytime, anywhere even at more convenience time through modern technology. Owes its existence to what?
Then trade by barter was institutionalized. Buying and selling become a concept learning all over the world as economic. Old Accumulated Saving flashes in banking system among others. What do you think be the all above analysis brain box?
All what you also think as a new revolution from all department of life owes their glory to learning. Learning transforms savagery to civilization. It emits inspiration to dreamers. Learning is source of hope; it is the source of changes. It is a revolution; it is life.
You can complain how the government of your country implement her policy but the question you should ask yourself is; are you capable of handling the task? Are you fit in controlling that seat in term of your learning experience?
Have you asked yourself while you lay down in the bed tonight what have you learned today? Remember, learning is not limited to reading alone it can be acquired everywhere but if you want to change your wardrobe you know the right place to visit.
The only remedy to escape ignorance is keen to learn. And the only way to wave out poverty is to learn because you must learn before you can know how to earn thus, the popular saying "Learning is earning". You cannot correct vices in your community, state or country with arrogance and nescience thus, it is imperative to undergo learning as two wrong cannot make a right.
Many people invest huge amount to a business and fold-up within a blinking eye not majorly the cause because of anything rather than he runs a business that he didn't know its cons and pros. Most of us used most of our time online but small percent of people online use it for fruitful purpose. Many read what adds no value to their personality and the same routine is followed everyday. Do you know you become what you deal with always? What rampart in Africa society today particularly Nigeria, new generation are not find reading as their hobby per say since the generation before them did not cultivate such habit to their lives. Thus, morality fades and vices have taken the control of African sphere.
Am afraid what would be the future of today's generation with such habit. You know the forensic of one likes lying always of course?
In essence learn and implement what you gain from knowledge because high is the status of who put knowledge into practice so you can change your outlook status and rewrite the history of your generation. Remember, money flows in the direction of implemented knowledge (good idea) and it is not too late to reschedule your time and fix in appropriate time to learn something valuable; the door is open always. Because if you observe it, ignorance is not an excuse in this generation of ours, the message the gadgets we use pass to us everyday as it becomes simpler to learn on the go.
